McGregor Elementary
New Student Orientation and Breakfast
New students in the 1st thru 4th grades are invited to attend the Orientation and Breakfast on Friday, August 13th from 9:00-10:00am at the Elementary Library. If you have a student entering the 1st thru 4th grade for the first time, you will receive an invitation and information in the mail.
"Meet the Teacher" Schedule • Thursday, August 19th
• Parent Orientation and Federal Programs Meeting, 6:00pm in the Cafeteria
• Pre-K thru 1st grade students, 5:30-7:00pm
• 2nd thru 4th grade students, 6:30-8:00pm
H.G. Isbill Jr. High
The Jr. High campus will host an Open House during the first six weeks of school. Parents will be notified of the Open House date once it is scheduled. Parents and students are invited to attend. Jr. High students will receive their class schedules on the first day of school.
McGregor High School
Freshman Orientation will be held Thursday, August 12th from 1:00-3:30pm. All incoming freshman are encouraged to attend. They will receive their class schedules during orientation.
MHS students may pick up their schedules between 8:00am and 4:00pm on the following days:
• Seniors - Monday, August 9th
• Juniors - Tuesday, August 10th
• Sophomores - Wednesday, August 11th
Campus offices are open Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm for student registration.
MISD's Skyward Family Access Program...
MISD's Skyward Student Management system has replaced the previous Powerschool system. Parents with students in Pre-K through the 12th grade may register for a Skyward account. The registration form and additional information are available on the Parents/Skyward web page. MISD is pleased to provide the web-based access to parents and encourage their participation.
MISD parents may now use the MyNutriKids.com secure, online system to make meal prepayments, check meal balances, monitor food items their children have been purchasing, and much more. Parents will need to create an account on the MyNutriKids site to begin using the online prepayment system. Students have been given a letter regarding the online prepayment system to bring home to parents. This letter contains information parents will need to create their online account (student ID#). The Parent Quick Reference Guide is provided (below) to assist parents in creating their account and help them learn about the features of the system.
