New Employees

Welcome to our MISD team!
It is important that you complete the forms listed below and accumulate the required documents to establish a personnel file. We will be unable to issue your first paycheck if your file is incomplete. Please call the Administration Office (254.840.2828) as soon as possible to schedule a time to complete the hiring process.
Required Documents
Our Human Resources department will need the following documents from new staff:
• Original transcript of all college hours
• Teacher Service Record (if you have prior experience in a school district). You may use the Request for Records form to request your service record from your previous district.
These identification documents must be presented to the district:
• Drivers license or US passport
• Social security card
• For the I-9 form, please bring the documents for the employer to review under Section 2 (see “List of Acceptable Documents” columns A, B, or C).
